Privacy Policy

1. Who this is

This policy covers coachkayvon.com, operated by Kayvon Karimi, a tennis coach based in Boca Raton, Florida. On this page "I" and "me" means Kayvon Karimi, and "you" means anyone visiting the site or sending in a video.

2. What is collected

What you give me

When you submit a swing analysis request or email me directly, I receive:

• Your name and email address
• The stroke you want reviewed and your playing level
• Anything you write in the notes field
• The video or photos you upload, or a link to footage hosted elsewhere

Your video is personal information. If it shows you, your child or anyone else, treat it that way. Only send footage you have the right to share.

What happens automatically

This is a static site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. I set no cookies of my own and the site builds no profile of you.

Two things happen automatically because of how the web works:

• Hosting logs. The site is served by GitHub Pages, which records standard server request data including IP addresses. I do not have access to those logs.
• Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google, so your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address as part of it.

3. Third parties actually in use

• GitHub Pages hosts the site. See GitHub's privacy statement.
• FormSubmit relays the submission form to my inbox, so your entry and any attached file pass through their service on the way to me. See FormSubmit.
• Google serves the fonts, and Gmail is where I read and reply to your messages. See Google's privacy policy.
• Instagram and YouTube are linked, not embedded. Those platforms do not see you unless you click through. The reel thumbnails on this site are hosted here rather than loaded from them.

4. What it is used for

I use what you send to review your footage, write your analysis, reply to you and arrange payment for the work. That is the entire list. I do not sell your information, rent it, hand it to advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

I do not post your video or use it as content unless you specifically tell me I can.

5. How long it is kept

I keep your video and our emails while we are working together and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back and want to compare progress. If you want it deleted sooner, ask and I will delete it.

6. Security

Your submission travels over an encrypted connection and lands in my email, which is protected by a password and two factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure and I cannot promise absolute security. If you would rather not hand over a file at all, send a private link you can revoke yourself.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to:

• Tell you what information I hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your videos, messages and details
• Stop contacting you

Email me and I will do it. Residents of California under the CCPA, and residents of other states and countries with similar laws, hold these rights formally, and I will respond within the timeframe your local law requires. I have never sold personal information and have no plans to.

8. Do Not Track

There is nothing here to opt out of, because the site does not track you. Your browser's Do Not Track setting changes nothing, since no tracking runs either way.

9. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect information from them directly. Junior players are very welcome as students, but a parent or guardian should be the one filling in the form and sending the footage. If you believe a child sent me information without a parent knowing, email me and I will delete it.

10. Changes

If this policy changes I will update this page and the date at the top. Any material change to how I handle your video gets told to you directly rather than buried here.
